Easter and a few random shots :)

What do your kids do when they wake up before they’re “supposed” to…like 6:30? Ours…go out to the couch to read books together…can’t really get mad at them for that one.

   Doesn’t this look comfy? NOT! Graham got hurt outside, came in for an ice pack (the black thing on his leg), went back out and fell asleep propping his wounded leg up, I guess it was a hard day of playing for this 3 year old.

   EASTER EGG HUNT!! Our second annual Easter egg hunt at the Walker’s house…we had over 300 eggs to find, needless to say the kids made a haul!

    Before going to church this is our attempt to get a cute Easter Sunday picture. I’m hoping Pa got a better shot than me. Yes, Graham was supposed to match Carson with a cute vest…but as many of you know this red-head has a strong will and his own idea of fashion… he won- no vest. They’re still cute in my book!  

The Easter bunny brought these funny lollipops for the kids, when they sucked on it it gave them a bunny face! HA HA!!

      

Dying eggs, always a fun activity and this year we used Kool-aid and boy did it make those beautiful hard boiled works of art smell wonderful too!!

 

Pa & Gramma got to come for the weekend to join in our Easter fun. They had just been to Hawaii and brought the kids these matching cute turtle shirts…love ‘em! There’s Lucy with her bucket FULL after the town Easter egg hunt (where you actually hunt REAL hard boiled eggs…WHO DOES THAT?! I guess p-town does!). Lucy found 40 EGGS! We found out later that it pays off to look for the ones with marking on them because then you turn them in for different prizes. Out of 40 Lucy had 1 egg that had a 25 on it…and guess what that meant…she got a quarter! Next year we’re going to be prepared and find the stuff that counts!
