Random, every day stuff

After soaking his shirt during snack (doing his favorite "take a drink and spit it down my tummy" trick) I just let Graham go bare bellied until bedtime. And I couldn't resist a few photos :) I think this was the first real "muscle man"... a chubby happy baby!

Note the drool, love it!

This is one of my favorite "Graham faces", the tiny little "O" mouth.

Never did I realize there was much truth to the whole "red heads have fiery personalities," until we had our own. OH BOY, can Graham throw a doosy of a fit! He loves to arch his back way out (even if you're holding him -we have both become ninja fast at catching him before his head hits the floor). He sometimes likes to protest with a good old "bang my head on the nearest hard surface routine"-a few days ago it was the corner of a door frame because Daddy put him down so he could wash his hands, he has a nice bruise from that one. And then there's this...the "throw myself backwards, roll around and cry really angrily at the world." AAAAHHHH gotta love a pistol of a red-head! The thing is, (as many of you other parents out there of true red-heads may attest to) that besides these "I'm as mad as all get out" moments, he really is a happy happy easy-going kind of kid...honestly!
When Daddy gives the kids ice-cream for night-time snack it comes with an added bonus!

oh my gosh, Mandy....you are the cutest Mommy and your kids are just adorable. Oh how I wish we all lived a little closer to one another. Mateo would have a blast with your kids :)I know Gramma Julie is just the proudest Gramma...and the kids are definitely a mix of the two of you, but the Barnes that is there, I can really see! ;)

We love Hershey's chocolate sauce in the mouth. That's the best!!! Spray whipped cream is pretty good too. So funny, Mandy:0)

As the proud parents of a RED RED HEAD, we have experienced all that you mentioned about his fits and more! Ella was a head banger at his age and now she is the biggest drama queen ever. She is SOOOOO different than our other kids but at the same time such a fun kid. Very outgoing and active.

Does Dentist Todd recommend chocolate syrup for all kids?
