Winter is upon us!

What defines winter more than decorating a Christmas tree, decorating a gingerbread house, visiting with Santa and playing in the snow? Nothing, it's here and we LOVE it! (Although, I could live without having to drive in the snow=scary!) Carson was too nervous to sit in Santa's lap so Momma had to join in the fun :)

Lucy wasn't shy at all, ran up and plopped right into his lap. There wasn't any line at all! Boy did we luck out!

Graham was VERY unsure of the whole idea.

Today we woke up to our first "real" snow of the winter. We got about 6 inches and the kids were in it as soon as I would allow. Their favorite part is eating it.

Todd and the kids after hanging all our ornaments.

Lucy & Carson. while Lucy poses, Carson is saying "Ho, ho, ho."

Pa & Gramma sent a gingerbread kit for the kids to do (thank you!). They loved every minute of it. They have even convinced me to go buy more candy so they can decorate it more...so much fun!

I love all the fun activities of winter minus the snow:0) Lucy's skirt is so cute!

So Carson is still a little leary of the jolly 'ole elf. I remember last year at the Ward Christmas party, he wouldn't sit on Santa's lap either. BTW, if Lucy and Carson want to go again, our Ward party is Friday night.

You have snow and we're in shorts. CRAZY! What a cute gingerbread house.
