Winter happenings

Lucy... got braces!!! I have yet to get a good full mouth smile picture of her but it will come soon. She is loving them, taking great care of them, and enjoying the power to choose her own rubber band colors (currently orange & black... go Beavs!)

Lucy entered her latest art composition in the Artworkz competition here in our area... and won the "Award of Excellence." We were all very proud and happy for her. She works hard at what she loves.

 We, like many of you, got surprised with a late winter snow storm! We have about 5 inches now and the forecast predicts more over the next two days or so. We got the call last night that school was canceled for Friday (yipee!), and on a day that Todd is home as well = bonus! We woke up to no wind & bright beautiful sunshine so we got right out to enjoy our winter wonderland.

Too bright to be able to open his eyes for a picture... no complaining here though!
