The day before Thanksgiving Uncle Alan & Great Grandma & Grandpa stopped through for a visit. The kids loved it! The thing we miss most about living in Boise is the family we used to get to see so often.
Carson was all psyched up to play the wii with Uncle Alan, this is the only picture I could get of him standing still- he plays the wii with MUCH enthusiasm!
On Thanksgiving we had the missionaries from our church join us for lunch (I like a mid-day big meal so you can eat on a normal schedule). Then we had a quiet dinner & dessert later. Our Thankful turkey poster was full of all our many feathers and we read them out loud to each other and talked about the many more things we could have added...we have much to be thankful for!!
We were able to get our Christmas tree the next day and got it up and all decorated that same night!
